Create An Internship

If you don't currently have an internship, our team can help you start one. Please contact Chanin Coyle at ccoyle@usaintern.com to discuss the details of your position and how we can best help you promote your internship opportunity.

Posting Requirements

Employers must have a program that will allow a student to learn about their career. A supervisor or contact person must be designated in the posting. Programs typically last 10- 12 weeks. Co-ops can last up to six months and externships can last up to a year. We can accommodate all of these opportunities for students. Employers must submit a street address. P.O. Boxes are not accepted as addresses. Internships cannot take place out of a personal residence.

Post Your Internship

Our easy three-step process allows you to register, post, and confirm your internship posting. If you have many internships, our team can help with your posting needs. This free service saves you time and effort in promoting your program. Contact ccoyle@usaintern.com for help or post an internship now!

Email Alerts

Email alerts are provided on a weekly basis notifying you of any new applicants to your internship listing. You can review resumes directly from the email without having to login to the site.

Viewing Resumes

Once a student applies to your internship, their resume and cover letter is instantly viewable when you login to your account. With a Free Membership, you can see and save resumes for anyone who has applied to your posting. With a Premium Membership, you can search our resume database for further candidates that match your needs.

Contacting Students

Upon finding an internship candidate, you are welcome to review their resume and contact them directly through the information provided on their resume. Let them know you found them through USA Intern.

Set up an interview

You can schedule an interview with your prospective candidate at your convenience.
